Sarah's journey is marked by tragedy and profound strength. After losing her young son to cancer, she experienced the kind of heartbreak that reshapes a life. But in the depths of grief, she chose action.

She helped build a nursery in Ethiopia in his memory, a place of warmth, care, and new beginnings. In doing so, Sarah demonstrated her lifelong belief: that even in the most painful moments, we have the power to create hope.

"I learned that transformation isn't just a business concept," she says. "It's human. It's emotional. And when we lead with heart, we can create real, lasting impact."

That ethos underpins everything Sarah does, from her work as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, where she helps organisations evolve through change, to her role as Founder and CEO of Women In Change, a thriving community of women leading change and transformation across industries.
